Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SSHMac services! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SSHMac Inc. ("we" or "SSHMac") regarding your use of SSHMac services. By using SSHMac services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use SSHMac services. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
2.3 Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
Service Description
3.1 Service Content
SSHMac provides Mac mini M4 server rental services, including but not limited to server hardware, network connectivity, remote access (VNC, SSH), etc.
3.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% service availability. We work to maintain normal service operations, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
3.3 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services at any time. For major changes, we will notify users in advance.
Payment & Billing
4.1 Pricing
Service prices are as published on our official website. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect already paid service periods.
4.2 Payment Methods
We currently only accept Stripe payments. You can pay with credit or debit cards. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
4.3 Billing Cycle
Services are charged according to your selected billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). Service fees must be paid before the service period begins.
4.4 Renewal
Except for daily payment plans, other billing cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) use automatic renewal. Daily payment plans require manual renewal. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in your account settings.
4.5 Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly agreed by us, paid fees are non-refundable. For service quality issues, please contact customer service for resolution.
Usage Restrictions
When using SSHMac services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of others
- Engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to distributing malware, phishing, fraud
- Conduct network attacks, scanning, or other behaviors that may compromise network security
- Send spam or conduct unauthorized advertising promotions
- Mine cryptocurrency (unless explicitly authorized)
- Excessively use resources that affect the service quality for other users
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures
- Resell or transfer services (unless authorized)
Data & Privacy
6.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data uploaded to the servers. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except: (1) as per your instructions; (2) to comply with legal requirements; (3) to protect our rights or security.
6.2 Data Backup
You are responsible for backing up your important data. While we take measures to protect data, we are not liable for data loss.
6.3 Privacy Policy
Our data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Service Suspension
7.1 Suspension of Service
We may suspend or restrict your service in the following circumstances:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account has outstanding payments
- Your activities pose a risk to the system or other users
- As required by law
Intellectual Property
SSHMac services and all related intellectual property are owned by SSHMac Inc. You are granted only a limited license to use the services and may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
You retain all rights to your content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license necessary to provide the services.
Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee:
- The services will meet all your requirements
- The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained through the services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the services will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSHMac and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption
- Third-party content or actions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSHMac and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the services.
